Request Blizzard To Be At Your Event!

 There is a $20 fee to have Blizzard appear at your event that must be paid in full when Blizzard arrives.

Please fill out the mascot appearance form no later then 3 weeks before the event (submitting a complete form does not guarantee an appearance).

 

All appearances are subject to Evansville IceMen approval.

 

You must provide secure parking and a place to change (restrooms are not acceptable) for Blizzard.

 

The Evansville IceMen reserve the right to cancel an appearance if deem to be unsafe or harmful.
