IceMen Donation Guidelines
The Evansville IceMen are proud to be involved in the Tri-State community. In an effort to best serve those who also call this area home, we require that these guidelines be followed when requesting a donation from us:
-Requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
-Requests must be received on official letterhead of the organization holding the event.
-The following must be included in the body of the request letter:
-Date, day, and time of the event
-Description of the event
-What the donation will be used for (Ex. Silent Auction, Door Prize)
-Event benefactor
-Event contact’s name, address, email, and phone number
